1 1/2 Cups Sloppy Joe TVP
2 Tablespoons Chopped Dehydrated Onions
1/2 Cup Freeze Dried Corn
1/2 Cup Thrive Cheese Blend
1/2 to 1 Cup Elbow Macaroni Noodles
4 Cups Water
Layer all ingredients in a wide mouth quart sized Jar.
To store: Add oxygen absorber and or vacume seal.
Cooking Instructions:
Put the 4 cups of water in a Pot or a skillet and bring to a boil.
add contents of the jar meal stir well together cover and simmer for about 20 to 25 Min's until noodles are tender.
